The profile was active on Lexa, but I think it is removed.
When searching for janet Powell, I found Natalya Osinniki from Russia.

She uses the cover of being a ailment nurse, who is rich and lost her parents in a car crash. She is stationed in Nigeria and willing to come to Holland or whatever country. She claims to have a lot of money. I don't know if it's the same scammer I recognized on this website (the russian one), or that they use this profile from Nigeria. This is the phonenumber she uses: +2348051150670. I haven't had the money letter yet, but she already posted me a (probably fake) booking form off her plane ticket, that should be payd in two days. (Which I won't of course). The pictures are of a gorgious blond woman on a orange couch and one in a black shirt with Army written on it.

I don't know what Janet Powell looks like, but she is impersonating a cosplayer named Nicole Marie Jean. She says she is from West Virginia, but Nicole is from San Diego.
